Shipping & Return Policy


Please note: During extreme hot or snowy weather season, certain food items (nutrition bars, sauces, etc.) will not be shipped as they can easily get damaged during shipment in extreme temperatures. If you choose to still receive them, we cannot be responsible for any damages.

Payment Methods:

Major Credit Cards Apple Pay

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Note: Apple Pay is available only on Safari browser running on MacOS or iOS devices.

Shipping Destination:

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. If you would like to order items to be shipped to Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Japan, or the United Kingdom; please contact us to get freight quotes and check if the items can be shipped to your destination.

Sales Tax:

We charge sales tax for orders shipped to Ohio and Texas.

Shipping Methods:

We offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS as shipping carriers. Shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of the package. USPS is the most cost-effective for light-weight packages, and FedEx and UPS are better for heavy packages. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Processing and Shipping Time:

After an order ships we cannot change the destination address.  After an order is placed, we cannot modify the order.  Any changes to orders after being placed are subject to additional fees.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days for in-stock items. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships out, we will send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your package(s).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Note: Free shipping takes 7-14 business days for delivery and might not have any tracking information.

Expected Delivery Time:

Depending on the shipping carrier, please allow 7-10 business days from the shipping date to receive your package. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico destinations, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. 
Once your package ships out, we will email you the tracking number(s) so you can track it online.

Product Availability:

Generally, all items on the sites are in stock. If the item you ordered is sold out, we will contact you to let you know when it is expected to be back in stock. You will then have the option to either cancel your order or exchange the item with another one. If only part of your order is in stock, we will partial ship your order and then ship the remaining item(s) as soon as they become available; at no additional charge.

Return Policy:

Only unopened items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Please follow the instructions below to request a return authorization number. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

The following products do not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned:

  • Any OPENED item.
  • Candles and Home Fragrances.
  • Food items and perishable products including nutritional bars.
  • Gift Baskets, plants, and flowers.
  • Bulk items, discontinued, and clearance merchandise.
  • Books, CDs, DVDs, and downloadable items.
  • Packages refused or returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Return Instructions:

Please make sure the merchandise is not opened and is in its new condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Refund cannot be issued on opened items.

  1. Login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you haven't registered for an account, email us to request a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Indicate the reason for the return and make note of the return address.
  3. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
  4. Enclose a copy of the Invoice that came with your original order. Highlight the items you are returning, and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Place the Invoice in the box with the products.
  5. All returns must be sent insured using a shipping method with a tracking number. Shipping charges for returned items are prepaid by the customer.
  6. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used to place your order.
  7. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping including the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  8. Note: If you refuse delivery of your item, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Error:

We always do our best to package your product so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift, causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
